Good morning beauties! I have a fabulous brand to share today and I don't want to waste any time chit chatting so let's just get going shall we? The polishes I have for your this morning are from the Jin Soon Tess Giberson Collection for Fall/Winter 2014. This collection was inspired by "the transference of classic rugged American Sportswear into contemporary, effortless, luxurious style." Tess and Jin worked together to "transform a classic color palette by adding cool, subtle effects like shimmer and speckles to give the hues a completely new dimension." Well I'd have to say this was definitely achieved! The 5 polishes in the collection are very classic colors but with just a touch of something special to make them unique and totally stunning. The Jin Soon Tess Giberson Collection for Fall/Winter 2014 is currently available at select fine retailers and are $18.00 USD each bottle. I have 2 shades to share with you and I adored both. So let's take a look!

Before I start I wanted to tell you that the Jin Soon website has several video and picture tutorials to create gorgeous nail art that Jin Soon herself put together! You will definitely want to check that out so you can recreate these looks with some of the beautiful Jin Soon polish that is available.
Pistache is a beautiful "shimmery apricot" shade. It's got a very nice helping of pink and gold shimmer that are very visible on the nail in all types of lighting. I love that it's just bright enough to be noticeable but doesn't venture into neon territory. It's a great color for the Fall, unique, sweet and fresh. Pistache will also transition nicely into Winter as a little pop of color against the typical dark clothing and accessories worn in the cold weather. The formula and application were both superb. I used 3 thin coats of Pistache for full coverage and finished with 1 layer of topcoat.

Farrago turned out to be my favorite of the 2 (which surprised me since I was positive it would be Pistache). I guess I'm just one of those gals that loves a good deep, dark, vampy color for my nails in the Fall and Winter months. Farrago is a "red purple with a hint of gold." More like a heavy handed does of gorgeous gold shimmer! This is definitely a polish that's going to get alot of love from me through the end of the year. Farrago, like Pistache, had an amazing formula. It was thisclose to being a one coater for me...but as I have said in the past I am light handed with the paint so it's highly likely it is a one coater for someone else. I used 2 thin coats of Farrago and 1 layer of topcoat.
