Bittergourd & Urad Dal Pappu

Bittergourds are wonderful vegetables and its one the most hated vegetable in the world especially by kids, even i dont like this better bittergourd before,but after going through its nutritional value and health benefits, i started adding them in different dishes. Am trying my best to feed this bittergourds to feed my entrie family eventhough they hate it to the core. Coming to this dish, its
